The whole experience was lovely from start to finish, couldn't recommend more. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were really helpful, everything was excellent. The room was attractive and big, with coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and a stovetop.

The staff were professional and helpful and provided us with info about Boceguillas tourist sites. The hotel met requirements, we would like to stay there on the next trip.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were incredibly nice. The beds were large. The location was incredible, right by Santander ferry port and a central area for food and the bar.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the secure garage provided at the hotel. It was a relief not to have to unload the car and worry about its safety. the location of the hotel was ideal, just off the main road, making it a convenient stopover spot for travelers heading towards the Santander/Bilbao ferry. Another advantage I enjoyed was the complimentary bottle of cava and cakes that were waiting for me in the chalet bungalow. It was a nice touch and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

One aspect that I found frustrating was the lack of a proper receptionist upon arrival. This led to some confusion and delays.

We had a great experience at Las Casitas. The facility was secure with a garage, making it easy for us to unload our car. The suites were spacious and comfortable, insulated from any road noise. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Additionally, the grounds were secure, with a remotely operated main gate.

Great location for driving to Southern Spain, just off the motorway and peaceful. Excellent facilities, including a spacious villa with a kitchen, bathroom, garage, and terrace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a disabled room for mobility issues.

Limited English spoken by the staff, although it was expected in a rural area. Communication was sometimes challenging due to the language barrier.
